The Nitty Gritty
These website deals are designed to get your business online quickly and effectively, while allowing you to spread the cost and forgo the need for a large initial outlay.
Currently, there is no minimum term, however, if you choose to cease payment within the first 3 years, the website and domain name (if originally purchased by us) will remain our property and we reserve the right to take the website down or 'park' the domain. In this case, if you want to buy the website, you can pay your monthly fee multiplied by the remaining months of the first three years, since your first payment or when work began. Purchase of the domain name on it's own can also be arranged.
Initial design will be carried out based on our impressions of your company from material you have provided, along with any preferences you have specified that can be reasonably incorporated. This also counts for the redesigns, which will be carried out within a period 3 months either side of the end your website's redesign period (£24 = 3 years). Immediately following the redesign, a new term of 2 years will commence - if you cancel during this time, the website would remain our property. Again, you can buy the website by settling for this term of 2 years.
Content updates don't include redesign or replacement of pages, only updating the content - e.g. a rewritten biography, new contact details and a new photo of yourself, etc.
Hosting covers the pages included in your deal, if your additional pages require a great deal of space, hosting will be charged at an additional £2 per month per 100MB - the minimum additional space. (For an idea of space, your first 5 pages are likely to use much less than 100MB)
We will purchase your domain name, if it is an original domain or of equivalent value. In other words, not if it is being sold by a private seller at a higher cost due to it's perceived value.
